Process Cooling Tower Installation

Scope of work for the Process Cooling Water Pipe (CDWS, CDWR, EQ)

• Review and determine the routing of the Process Cooling Water Pipes (CDWS, CDWR, EQ) to optimize for production processes.
• Design the piping system and select appropriate materials in accordance with engineering specifications and relevant standards.
• Plan the installation and maintenance to ensure the system operates at peak efficiency.

• Source and supply pipes, valves, pumps, and related accessories according to technical specifications.
• Inspect and control the quality of materials prior to installation.

• Install cooling water pipes for chilled water supply and return (CDWS and CDWR), including associated components like valves, pumps, and pressure gauges.
• Install control equipment and the Equalizing Line (EQ) system to ensure continuous and stable operation.

• Conduct pressure tests on the piping system to ensure there are no leaks.
• Inspect and adjust the EQ system to achieve pressure and temperature balance within the system.
• Verify the overall performance of the system.

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of the system.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services in case of issues post-installation.

• Prepare and deliver documentation such as As-built drawings, test reports, and operation manuals.
• Train relevant personnel on proper system maintenance and operation.
