New Steam Pipeline Ratch Pathana Energy PCL

BCC is proud to participate in the significant project in collaboration with Ratch Pathana Energy PCL for the installation of the New Steam Pipeline. This project involves complex and challenging tasks, and our team has executed every step with utmost efficiency, utilizing expertise and maintaining high safety standards.

BCC's Scope of Work in This Project

• Support Foundation, Steel Pipe Support, and Pipe Bridge
  
  Construction of support foundations and steel pipe supports, including pipe bridges that connect the steam supply piping system to enhance structural integrity and bear the weight effectively.
  

• Supply and Installation of New Main Route Steam Supply Piping System c/w Insulation
  
  Installation of new piping for the main route of steam supply, including thermal insulation to maintain temperature and ensure efficient energy delivery.

• Steam Metering Station (M/R)
  
  Installation of a steam metering station designed to accurately measure and monitor steam delivery in compliance with regulations.
  

• Tie-In Work and Steam Flushing Work
  
  Connecting the new piping system to the existing infrastructure (Tie-In), along with steam flushing to prepare the system for safe and efficient operation.
